I unfortunately did not take 'step-by-step' photos...

I made Bill by redrawing the wrench from a picture, then made a template, adjusted that to the right size (just... what 'looked right'), then just divided that into single pieces, traced them onto a wooden board (5 mm thick, so I had more of one specific piece stuck together to get the desired breadth) stuck the whole lot together as it should have been and then it was just sandpapering and sandpapering and paste and sandpapering...
And then the final touches. The metal screw and the hand grips (made out of those plastic chopping boards )
